[HELP] Client doesn't load [IlluminaCMS]

Hello I've got a issue where the client gets stuck on loading -

My client config inside lightcms.php

        public $connection_info_host = "localhost";
        public $connection_info_port = "300";
        public $variables = "/r63/external_variables.txt";
        public $texts = "/r63/external_flash_texts.txt";
        public $productdata = "/r63/productdata.txt";
        public $furnidata = "/r63/furnidata.txt";
        public $baseurl = "http://localhost";
        public $habbo_swf = "/r63/Habbo.swf?";
        public $loadingtext = "Please wait";
