This problem should be very easy to fix, even without teamviewer/join.me or any others. Here's a step by step guide on what to do.

1. Type 'CTRL + SHIFT + J' in Google Chrome when the client is loading.
2. Print screen what it logs when entering the client.

Then we can see exactly what files the client cannot find! (Normally figuredata.xml or missing var links)

"gordon/gamedata/.." - Does this exist? By this I mean, go to 'htdocs' and then see if there's a folder called 'gordon' then check if there's a folder called 'gamedata'.
