[HELP] Client and Emulator not connecting [HELP]

Hello,

I'm using HoloRP Emulator, and the old HRP CMS etc, everything is working pretty much. I've edited the config/client/mysql.ini//vars/anything else I could think of.
The client will get to where it's finished loading up, then pop up "Oops cannot connect to HOTEL".

I'm not sure what's wrong.. I've edited everything to the IP so the emu can connect.

I'm wondering if the EMU isn't working correctly, this is all that's loading up with the EMU:

could you post your congifuration for emu and the client.php would help us resolve the problem.
