Me and Daiminzz made a retro and its german.
How do we change everything to english?

Basically code a language system into the CMS, maybe include little Nationality Flags, once a user clicks on a selected flag it brings up the translated CMS
So for example it may display as yourdomain.com/EN/ or yourdomain.com/DE/

Or do you mean, you want it from German to English

Have you not thought about using an English CMS to start with?
Or even using google translate to convert it? (i know its a bitch, but if you want to continue using the cms you have, it may be an option)
