[HELP] Can't add Rank's (If do client bugs) [HELP]

• I'm having a problem. Why can't I add any ranks?
• Every time I do add a new rank (over 7) my client get the " Client loads then reloads" problem! If this is because of the emulator I'm currently using phoenix 3.0.

Ranks have to go from 1+ so try adding a new rank between.Or just go with latest version of phoenix.
