[HELP] Badges and Sticky bug [HELP]

Hello everyone!

I just setup my own v26 retro with PHPRetro and Holograph Emulator.

But I got a view problems now:

My badges don't work. Only the badges for Groups are working but badges like ADM, BOT or VIP don't work.
Need help... Files are on my pc and I am using xampp Apache!

My second bug is in the stickies.
Screen:

If I click on it it will show up and the color will be back. If I reload the room it's black again.

Can someone help me? I got teamviewer and crossloop!
