Hello on my hotel r63. I cant save the outfits?

Hello on my hotel r63. I cant save the outfits?
When ever i save the look in the my clothes on my hotel nothing saves it will save while your logged in but when ever you log back out and back in again the looks dont save you have to redo them?
How do i fix this?

Tbh u can. just have to join HC Memeber and or vip. then stay online for 5days or more . then walla magic
