Header colour

How do I change the colour of the header? Used for the Navigator, Catalog, Inventory, Achievements and GOTW etc.

Struggling to find it!

Thanks I'll have a play around with it. Looks confused to me but I'm sure I'll figure it out.

EDIT: It's a pain in the ass but I'll get there. Is there a tutorial for this tool, seems like it's doing anything but what I try...
I try turning text grey and the header colour grey and they both turn green!

EDIT 2: Changing colours - Put "0xff" infront of the colour code and it worked.

go through the habbo.swf maybe (Or who knows, maybe there's a cata swf, im shit with swfs my bad) but it would just like the blue bar, just without the text.

I believe it is in the swf. You just need to get an editor, such as HabboUI.

Yes I've been using this. It's seeming impossible to find.

Did I say I did it myself? I'm just telling you where it can be found/edited man.
