HC Wont work on PHPRetro.

I got a really strange Error saying:
Deprecated: mktime(): The is_dst parameter is deprecated in C:\xampp\htdocs\includes\classes.php on line 294.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Make sure you have The HC/Vip File in C:\xampp\htdocs\includes\classes.php

Hmm, Sometimes this can be shown by CMS not being setup right.
