Having VPS problems

My habbo retro works on my vps but when i close the vps and try and load the hotel on my computer browser it comes up 'connection timed out took to long to respond' Please help what could this issue be?

Open up the required ports in your firewall on your VPS.

do you have team viewer so i could show you?

make sure youre just logging off and not shutting your server down
