Half Screen/Not loading [ERROR] [HELP]

As you can see in the Title i can't Get on my retro because i get a half Screen + it doesn't even load


Client -

I am using RevCMS 1.9 and using Phoenix 3.7.1

These are my Swfs, iv never self hosted before but im giving it a try because i cant find any prehoted SWFS :/

If anyone can help me let me know ^.^ I'm not sure what else to do...

make sure your variables and your config and all set-up to the right paths, and they actually lead somewhere, post them and i can see.
