Hacker need help (SOLVED)

Hello guys, we've recenetly made a hotel and somehow someone same guy keeps getting into the owners account and makiing articles saying to join his hotel, we need urgent help, can someone help!, might be a exploit or something?

Try getting some proper DDOS protection? Maybe even updating a password may help? There has to be something obvious if the same person keeps getting in.

Chances are you have a exploit in your index page, or you're using xampp and didn't delete the webdav folder.. The owner needs to update his password and make it something harder that would not be decyptable (so its not a common password/name/numbers)
