HabboSWF Problem

[Twisting]

When I try to change the Habbo logo to my own, It wont work.
Instead of changing to my logo successfully it changes to this:

This is the logo I wish to use:

This is the steps in which I tried to do it.

• Decompile the SWF
• Open it in Trillix
• Click on Edit
• Click Images
• Click the folder to change the image
• Locate the image I wish to use

After that it just turns to the picture at the top.
Please Help
