Habboon plus Emu Edit EMU Net framework

hi so i was told to downgrade my vps to a windows 2008 service pack witch i did to convert from xampp to iss i have done all that but now when i try and run the emu it gives me this error. but as my os is not compatable with NET framework 4.6??
