Another new piece got added. I assume it's for the clothing as it appears you somehow purchase/get given a furniture block that transforms into clothing of some sort.

Perhaps the clothing will be done as effects, as effects can be permanent now.

This looks pretty nice, Habbo also made their app compatible for iPhone December 18th, 2014.

If you mean Hotel's .COM is having a closed beta, while you can publically go on it via .FI
Habbo Finland always have stuff 2 days before the other hotels does.
