It's easy as shit, find a working flash decompiler. I'm extremely douchebagis so im not gonna find one for you.. anyways so you open that shit program up. Find the habbo.swf, click edit or something, click imaging. Click the image 1 and replace it with the one that you have made or generated or whatever, save.

otherwise there are tons of tuts out there which you can google and stuff. most of them are provided with decompilers.
