Why not just make your own? You can do them on ms paint and I'm sure you're capable of creating the letters you need with the pencil tool.
I'll quickly create a letter template for you:
Obviously, that's zoomed in - each box is 1px.
The letters are all 3x5 (with the exception of the letter N which is 4x5)
As for the badge itself, you can find them on google images with ease. Hope this helped you to create your own :~)
