I know it's not that good but it's what I could do and done it very quickly. Tips on how to become a good moderator and this is good to show trial moderators, so they can learn.

Yes he has a handbook, and on my old devbest account ages ago I had one aswell?
Doesn't mean it was stolen.

I've actually been using this for my hotel for the past 1-2 months and decided to give it out ...
Not everything is copied from other people, I didn't even remember his handbook.
