A VPS (Cheap) = £15 or $30 (Estimated from Pounds to US Dollars)
A Domain (No-ip DNS) = £7.50 or $15 (Estimated from Pounds to US Dollars)

All together its:

Pounds: £42.50
Dollars: $85

(Hopefully I got the Pounds sign right)

The pounds is estimated
The dollars is gurenteed
