Habbo Retro Home Rooms?

Hey Guiss!

The picture above relates relates to my question, I would like to know how you can get a home room for your user when you register on a retro and it becomes your home room.

I'm not looking for 1 room for all the new users, I'm looking for a room for everyone that registers gets their own individual room for themselves.
