If you are locating this in your CMS, it's wrong. Go to yoururl/game or your SWF Folder/c_images/reception and it will be located there, otherwise replace it again, clear cache, if you are using a VPS, restart your VPS, also if you are hooking this up with cloudflare, clear ur cloudflare cache and then try again.
