Well guys, i need help badly, my mate is opening his retro soon he asks me to make a forum. I Say yes thinking its easy, but i don't have a clue i need to make one with a habbo skin. As i said i don't have a single clue. I Dont even know ifits free? I Don't mind what Domin it is.

That forum is powered by vBulletin so it is not free. You can find free one's by going to google but they might not have a habbo theme.
