Habbo Clothing Help.

Hey, I've tried more or less everything to get the custom clothing to show up on my hotel but nothing will work.

I have tried:
Multiple figuredata.xml
Different Clothing SWFS
Fixed R2 Figuredata EMU Error
Got the SAME clothing pack and figuredata/figuremap to work on localhost with the SAME files I use on my VPS.
Purged and cleared cache from my pc and cloudflare
Done an entire server restart

Any help would be appreciated, I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. Why does it work on localhost but not my vps?
