5. Port forward 25565
6. Run Start Server.bat (You May need to run as administrator!)

Tips on Server name

Include name with the words:
Big
Minecraft
FBUILD

Example
The Big Minecraft Server 28/32 (My Server Name )
FBUILD FOR FUN [BIG MAP] 32/32 (A server With Max Users)

You forgot to add that, when you first run it, you need to type 'stop' when the console says 'Done!', so you can edit the server properties, and then run again for the properties to be successfully updated.
