Guide Bot

Using Phoenix 3.11

When calling the Guide Bot in my hotel, he comes and does his thing. I then proceed to "kick" him and he disappears as suspected. But, if I call him again, it comes up with the error:
Error!
All guide bots are in use at this time.
Please try again later!

Is there any fix for this?
