I'm new the world of video card (graphics card), I want to upgrade mine.

What should I be looking for?

Games being played:
-GTA IV (pc)
-Minecraft
-Payday 2
-other FPS

Well what kind of video card do you have now?

GeForce GTX 650 Ti is a good one for the price

What's your budget? 3770 can handle twin titans, so you can get pretty much any card out there. I'd go with the GTX 760 or the R9 280x/270x

I wouldn't honestly. I wouldn't purchase a card from a previous generation I feel you get better exposure to newer technologies. Tech such as shaders, DX11 support and how well it performs on the newer gen cards. I would get a brand new card if all possible. You never know what happens when a component is returned to the manufacture and sent back for resale or replacement.

More power efficient cards which may not show on the bill when you buy the card but they will on the power bill.

How does this make any sense?
