Can anyone suggest a good vps i can use for my habbo retro?

I could definitely reccomend PortHosts. My hotel runs off them, and we get a good amount daily. They are pretty cheap and to say only 1 person handles the tickets service is exceptional.

If its a new hotel i'd recommend going for the 1gb ram since you wont need 2gigs right away.
