Good revCMS + emulator and all the shit

Hi,

I have been searching this forum for two days for a nice revCMS. Until now I have always found it, but always with flaws. Can anyone help me find a CMS that works? Together with an emulator? I would like to pay you 20 euros if you set this up for me.

Sadly every released emulator and cms has flaws / issues. Best thing is to find a nice base and build on it yourself

I may have taken an old CMS. I run this in XAMPP and then I have these errors ..

1) On a public hotel do not use xmapp
2)If it is a Rev based CMS you will need PHP 5.6 as the newer ones will not work
