Good and cheap VPS [Netherlands]

Does anyone know a good and cheap VPS hosting firm?
We prefer a VPS hosting firm in Holland, but if there is any other good VPS which is good and cheap, we'll take a look at it.
We have already bought a VPS but is seems something went wrong with the payment, and that means we need to buy a new one.
Please help!
