Well, you should know looks don't mean anything. Looks is css and html, which can be ported to any content management system.
Under the hood, laravel blows rev outta the water

Open command prompt.

Open up your wwwroot folder in windows explorer and double click the bar at the top. Copy the location.

In command prompt type: cd

After cd, right click and paste the location then hit enter.

You're now in the right folder.

In the same command prompt window type:
run composer install

Hit enter. Do the same again but type this instead:
php artisan key:generate

Now continue with the rest of the steps.

IIS Installation guide

1. Download the stable release from

2. Install Composer from
   You must be registered for see links
3. Place ZIP file into wwwroot and extract it.
4. Edit .env file DB details
5. Open a Command Prompt, cd to the folder " cd c:\inetpub\wwwroot\ " and run composer install and php artisan key:generate
6. Give Storage the proper permissions right click storage > properties > Security tab > Edit > Add > new user IUSR > give it full control.
7. Change your IIS Site Directory to the public folder
8. Now go to localhost/website link in a browser
9. Follow setup steps.
10. All done!

That's correct. Can be buggy tho due to refactoring - this is stated in the read me aswell! - So for now use it on your own responsibility, you might need to wait or fix certain bugs yourself (to whom might use it straight away)

Hi! havent been around habbo retro development since 2012... and i wonder if i can make this work without a VPS and IIS ... just to try to make it on my computer first before i buy a vps.

As its highly recommended to use a VPS; You could most certainly use xampp; just update the directory in your Xampp config from c:/xampp/htdocs to c:/xampp/htdocs/public
