go in to database > server_settings > set to 0 from 1 securio or whatever on the db

Go to your Permission ranks and look for the commands and place them 1 for rank 1.

All commands come permission ranks, just check it at the end, the :hug : punch :kiss commands are towards the end.

Phoenix Emulator or Gold Tree Emulator Phoenix Is very stable thought but GoldTree is good
