Getting white index page

Hi, I'm getting a white index page everytime somebody tries to enter my hotel and I've portforwarded the ports 80,3306,30000,30001 both TCP and UDP but still shows white index page

Can anyone help me please? I'm running IIS 8 and I've tried many things but still doesn't work.

Anyways, Did you setup web.config correctly and have the files in the correct path?

What I did was, remove the redirect ur on the Domain (theswifthotel.com) i removed the redirect to my VPS IP and voila, it was fixed and people could enter my hotel!
