Getting my RevCMS retro hacked

Hello, i just talked to a guy and he says that it's my CMS fault that i get hacked, is't? or is't because some of my staffs has a bad or easy password?

Do you use xampp? :}

2. RevCMS Skin is exploitable
3. If using custom HK, check if commands are filtered.

Using IIS
Maybe exploited CMS (It's shango theme (mango))
And i use GrapeASE

IIS has no known exploits, and RevCMS doesn't have exploits either.

Check your staff.
