Sound's like you need to get a new SWF pack. Then you must check that everything links in the SWF pack then in the CMS's config (If using Rev or Uber) Make sure the links to the SWF's are :

http://localhost/external_variables.txt
http://localhost/external_flash_texts.txt
http://localhost/r63/
http://localhost/r63/Habbo.swf
