Furni Disappearing [Plus Emu 2]

I know has a lot of threads like mine one, but I never found the fix.
The problem is that when I buy some items from catalog, and then reload the emulator, some furniture disappear from my inventory.
I know its a problem with db, but where's the error? Can someone give me the solution?
(And there's no errors)

Go to your database, click on items, then uncheck "extra_data" and wall_pos, then save it (if IIS) then type in the command :update_catalog, this should fix it.
