Tut to how you go upload your avatar:
Step 1: Right click image
Step 2: Click Save As.
Step 3: Save it to your desktop
Step 4: Upload your avatar under user cp.

Tut to how you upload your signature:
Step 1: Okay, you must right click on the picture you want ..
Step 2: Save it
Step 3: Go to ImageShack.us
Step 4: upload it as an avatar (So choose avatar in there where you can choose whether to make image smaller)
Step 5: Then you drop down into you when your sigature. Step 6: Copy Coden into your signature.
