Request Frank's outfit

I don't know if I'm missing something or I'm going crazy... However I cannot find or create anything to match frank's static outfit used on the site; to be used IN game. I can't STAND this:

look.

Anyone have any files whats so ever to create an outfit that replicates these at all?

That’s the closest you’ll get to it. That’s why even Habbo don’t have this outfit. I suppose it could be created if you know the people to do it!

On the hotel you're on, does it not have "Frank's" Jacket already in there?

That is the "army general's" jacket. Not exactly the same.

It's worth noting that the Habbo imager distorts things somewhat (with the stars on that hat etc) so it looks a lot better on the client.
