Just use MyBB.

Although I'd always recommend IPB or xenForo however licensing fees aren't really feasible.

Forums are a dying breed anyway if you ask me.

MyBB is the free solution thats probably the most user friendly. Theres a few Habbo themes out there free too check sites such as habboemotion.com for these.
