Hello guys (and girls)

I just got a FluxRP hotel preinstalled but unfortenly, its not a clean database.
Can anyone help me just a bit.
Where do i set Group owners?
Is there any "help" site to read about: How to work, how to ingrease in level e.t.c

I believe a few people released tutorials and guides and a few people cleaned it up a bit.
