Hello,

I have been having this issue when trying to start my emulator:

This is my main.ini:

Not sure, I tried changing the muc.ip.bindip to 127.0.0.1, but I get the same issue.

UPDATE:

I was running a portforward through my uTorrent, which works. I changed the port that was on utorrent to something different then the emulator worked properly. Not sure why this would be?

Hi,
Your port for the emulator is being used by another program, either another instance of the emulator or another program is using the same port (30000,30001) as the emulator.
You can troubleshoot this by opening command prompt (Windows + R then type CMD.exe and press enter) then do
netstat -aon | more

Now in task manager, go to the services tab and it will be the "PID ID". Mainly Skype or uTorrent use these ports if that helps.

Thank you Amazing,

Yes I was running the port through uTorrent and I noticed it worked after I had removed it from there.

I run a Cisco DPC3848V and talked to my network provider to learn that this router does not work for hairpinning, I will be switching to a Hitron soon and hopefully purchasing a VPS, but I would like to get something live on my local computer before running onto a VPS.

I have actually switched to using your tutorial, but keep getting a 404 error and I am certain it's because I don't know how to direct files properly.

Thank you very much for you reply.
