Floor not save

Hello...
I have an error in command :floor of my emulator ..
The emulator is private, it is used in another hotel, but there it works normally.
I execute the command :floor, saved there goes to a black screen, and when I try to enter the room again it is as if the room did not exist anything there ...

NOTE: I am using the same database, swf and emulator version.
