Flagged Connection [2] As free?

Hi.
I am helping a friend make a retro and the following happens.
He can connect fine. All port forwarding is setup correct and loads perfect but the emulator flags my connection as free for some reason.
Can anyone help?

You can't help him anyway. You can't code - fix anything..

the screeny dont matter! as it works for the host but not other users!.

would it be that its listning on the IP Address and the loader connects to the no-ip?
