Fixing force index voting

Sup,

I am trying to fix my friends hotel because I'm tired of seeing them getting suspended because it's forcing them to vote right when you click there banner. They're 100% aware of the consequences and aren't purposely doing it. Their redirect URL is /client?novote but when you go to the site, it still makes you vote before seeing the index, then redirects you to the client. How can I stop this so I can just add it to the client?

go to index?novote then :/ you should be able to change url in retrolist settings surely.

Or just create your own API.

Fixed it. I placed the code in client.php rather than index.php.
