Yeh, under php manager choose error reporting and put in development mode but once fix return to production mode

Can't seem to find PHP Manager in iis, can you show me where, and it is installed.

Probably something to do with your IIS settings.

What version of PHP are you using? Try 5.6 (if you're using RevCMS) or 7.0 (if you're using BrainCMS.

Alternatively it could be that exectuables are disabled. Check in handler mappings.
