i used to be looking for that too but the closest you're going to get to it is this newly released cms

really i think the one you're looking for its just revcms 1.9.9.9 with the habbo theme and a news slider thats all you should definitely use the cms i said above as its more updated and already configured for plusemu

I checked the revcms 1.9.9.9 but it doesn't have the template i want or maybe you can link me?
 
Does anyone have the Burbian CMS Edit by @Azure? links down, thought i could use it but danggg links down..

Why do you want this edit? Any CMS you can still edit it to your likes? Closest would be Lewis' Edit
