Finding ip - Habbo retro

So. There is one guy who said that my ip shows up when he takes down my site how is that possible? And again another guy finded my ip and said he will take it down how the f*ck can he find my ip i've bought tcp proxy http proxy and cloudflare upgrade plan. How can he still find it?
