I've played with both players. Hazard is a nice LM with that sexy pace but Neymar is a more stronger faster LW/LM. Neymar feels sleeker and nice when used and Hazard feels kinda like the general normal gold hazard player, sometimes he can out perform than others ngl. In this case, I'd suggest going for a Liga BBVA team with Neymar but Its going to be alot of coins either way with Hazard or Neymar.
