Post what emulator that you're using. Have you changed anything in it or the files in your database that make it run?

I think you ment Wired, and there is a fix for that not known by many hotels. This is a bonus I have so if you would like to know how to fix it just PM me

This is common on hotels , update your emulator

You set this in the database under Server Settings
