Nothing really to say about it. Its just a free theme with some modifications.

Couple of notable things, when clicking the logo it links to an imgur page of that logo (not really needed),
Social icons html is there (links not images), however nothing is displayed

I can't really understand why you want to ask us about a coming soon page you didn't make yourself, the logo is from a Habbo Font Generator, you don't know how to change the page title.

Learn HTML/CSS, make something yourself, then ask for feedback.
