Feedback On My First Web Design?

Update: I decided to make one for a hosting company as it's a completely different style.​

Still looking for feedback and constructive criticism!​

I'm working on a community projection which you can see

and I thought it would be a start if I designed an image of what we wanted it to look like and this is the result so far. I would massively appreciate heavy criticism but please bare in mind this is the first one I have properly attempted.​

Get rid of the FAQ box, looks ugly there, may put it on another page?
Also for the body content, justify the text, doesn't look good centered.

exact theme with color changes? You even kept the same words in the banner.. The only change is three columns at the bottom instead of four.
